Some functionalities of DeleGate are disabled by default and need CAPSKEY to be enabled. You can get automatically issued CAPSKEY for evaluation use via mail. Run DeleGate as "delegated -Fcapsreq ADMIN=Email-address" and follow the instruction shown in the output.
