DeleGate/7.1.0 has come out as a stable version with slight changes
from the last beta version (7.0) which had been stable enough through
its beta testing.

[NEW]
 + FTP: supported MLSD command relay

[CHANGE]
 + FTP: changed FTP max. relative date in LIST to 6 month (from 11)

[FIX]
 + NNTP: fixed jamming of multi-servers by timeout during startup
 + MOUNT: fixed SEGV on bad MOUNT parameter (non full-URL in right hand)
