DeleGate/7.4 (ALPHA) is an alpha version including tentative features for
authentication/authorization.

[NEW]
 * -Fauth: introduced -Fauth function to edit local lists for authorization
 * MYAUTH: introduced MYAUTH=user:pass[:proto:dst:src] parameter
 * SMTP: supported AUTH PLAIN/LOGIN (AUTHORIZER on server and MYAUTH on client)
 * SocksV5: supported AUTHORIZER on server and MYAUTH on client
 + VSAP: supported AUTHORIZER on server and MYAUTH on client
 * MOUNT: introduced MountOption for virtual hosting (vhost=-host)
 + MOUNT: introduced -f,condition and -f.condition (oneway condition)

[CHANGE]
 * general: changed not to parse non-parameter options listed after "-Fxxx"
 + SSLway: modified to accept implicit SSL even with -St (STARTTLS) mode
 + general: modified to show ADMIN value on start
 + make: modified to add AR=ar to DELEGATE_CONF if not predefined

[FIX]
 + MOUNT: fixed to do lexical only comparison for virtual -host
 + SSLway: coped with multi-line opening message from server (with -ac -St)
 + SSLway: fixed error code on -St for POP and IMAP
 + SMTPGATE: fixed to enable rejecting message without To field
 + SMTPGATE: fixed not to do unconditional record reject/* (6.1.21)
 + make: changed to inherit AR defined in DELEGATE_CONF or "make AR=ar"
