[CHANGE]
 + HTTP: coped with keep-alive with virtual hosts on IIS/4.0

[FIX]
 + general: fixed cross-site scripting vulnerabilities
 + MOUNT: fixed SEGV with "method=" MountOption (since 7.4.0)
 + NNTP/HTTP: fixed POP/NNTP gatewaying (since 7.2.0)
 + VSAP: fixed returning in specified timeout
 + general: fixed restarting (by SIGHUP) DeleGate with -Pport@vsapserver
 + general: fixed restarting by HUP with PORT=... parameter
 + NNTP: fixed SEGV with MOUNT on large header
 + make: fixed symlink tar and coped with compilation by GCC-V3
