I played a bit with delegate and have one problem where i can't find a
solution.

I start delegate with
delegated DGROOT=/var/cache/delegate CACHEDIR=/var/cache/delegate/cache
LIBPATH=/var/cache/delegate/lib CACHE=do  FTOCL=test.cfi RESOLV=dns -P8080
SERVER=http PERMIT="*:*:192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0" ADMIN=root CRON="0 3 * *
* -expire 3"

On some servers (www.sun.com, www.lego.com, www.zdnet.com) i always have
Cannot Connect
as errormessage.

Without firewall the problem also occurs. Without delegate the sites are
available for me.

do you have any ideas?
