 + SSLway.c: added "-ad" option for automatic detection of ClientHello
 + HTTP: added HTTPCONF=tout-buff-reqbody to cope with server timeout
 + HTTP: added customizable HTTPCNF=acc-encoding for Accept-Encoding
 + CFI: enabled "-tee" for bidirectional filters (FCL,FSV,FMD)

[CHANGE]
 + HTTP: modified default Accept-Encoding from empty to "identity"

[FIX]
 + MOUNT: fixed SEGV on HTTP long request URL MOUNTed with dst=... (7.4.0)
 + MOUNT: fixed to ignore character case of hostname matching
 + HTTP: fixed to relay Content-Length:0 resp. for HTTP/1.1 clients
 + SMTP: removed extra (illegal) version arg. in HELO/EHLO
 + Socks4: fixed the implementation of response protocol (version number)
 + FTP: fixed FSV for data to be invoked immediately (only for PASV)
 + FTP: fixed using FSV together with FSV for ftp-data
