 + HOSTLIST: added predefined HostList: .localnet, .sockdst

[CHANGE]
 * HTTP: changed "vhost" MountOption to match only with the "Host:" field
 + FTP: enabled MOUNT for non-anonymous user
 + FTP/HTTP: enabled FTP/HTTP MOUNT both for anon/non-anon user

[FIX]
 + HTTP: fix for CSS vulnerability on MOUNTed /-/builtin 403 message
 + MOUNT: fix for MOUNT with rURL of "file:relative-path?QUERY"
 + Resolvy: fix for cache lookup by IP address in dot-notation
 + FTP: fix duplicated connection to SERVER="ftp://user:pass@host" (5.7.1)
 + NNTP/HTTP: fix for treating "." at the top of line in message data
