 + FTP: supported RELAY=no for FTP
 + SSLway: extended -st to accept SSLtunnel CONNECT
 + RIDENT: added TIMEOUT=rident to control RIDENT=client for FTP etc.

[CHANGE]
 + RIDENT: modified to show RIDENT info. in CGI REMOTE_ADDR
 + HTTP: modified to show RIDENT in /-/ "DeleGate Infomation" page
 + porting: modified to use strcasestr() in libc (FreeBSD4.5)

[FIX]
 + FTP: fixed MOUNT activated by "LISTCOM -Opt path" to relay -Opt
 + FTP: fixed MOUNT to be activated for "%2Fpath"
 + FTP: fixed MOUNT activated by "PATHCOM rootdir/path"
 + FTP: fixed MOUNT to be applied to DELE,MKDR,etc.
 + FTP: fixed error code for PATHCOM which activated MOUNT
 + CFI: fixed SSLtunnel/CONNECT with chained proxy with FSV
 + Resolvy: fixed to cope with empty PTR response
 + POP/NNTP/HTTP: fixed MOUNT="/* pop://host/*" to work with "/user"
 + Socks: fixed overwritten destination host in client with MYAUTH
