 + general: don't use Resolvy before initialization (problem since 7.8.0,7.9.4)
 + general: fixed auto-selected DGROOT to be inherited on SIGHUP
 + general: fixed DGROOT selection on non-existent SHELL
 + Resolvy: modified to escape possible tight loop
