[CHANGE]
 + general: changed default REMITTABLE of Generalist (without SERVER)
 + POP: changed to parse USER foo@bar@baz as [foo@bar]@baz

[FIX]
 + HTTP: fixed rewriting 302-moved with -_- proxying (since 8.0.0)
 + Win32: implemented getting and showing process-ID of spawned child
 + Win32: improved restart to inherit active sockets on Win32
