 +MOUNT: fixed buffer overflow by long hostname with full-vURL
 +MOUNT: fixed "host=IP" to match with "Host:IP" for resolvable IP
 +SMTPGATE: fixed not to POST article to be rejected by self
 +NNTP: fixed making default spool on the first POST as origin-NNTP (6.1.0)
