 + MOUNT: enabled reverse MOUNT of MOUNT="vURL rURL?query"
 + MOUNT: coped with "?query" part including "=" or "|"
 + FTP: fixed possible SEGV by PASV on bind() failure
 + FTP: fixed opening message of FTPCONF=noxdc + SERVER=ftp://server
