 + HTTP: fixed SEGV on buffer overflow in url escaping
 + FTP: fixed client PASV,PORT,PASV toward PASV server
 + CFI: fixed system() Filter "with buffered input" (ex. gzip/HTTP + FSV)
 + Telnet: fixed possible overflow
 + Win32: fixed -Fconnect on Win32
 + Win32: fixed SEGV on many TMPFILE() open (>512 times) on Win32 (NNTP)
 + Win32: enabled relaying to/from non-socket (ex. tty) on Win32 (tcprelay)
