 * HTTP: fixed not to reject HTTP (novhost) in MASTER-DeleGate (8.0.1)
 + MOUNT: fixed finding file:relative-dirpath MOUNT on Win32
 + Manual.htm: fixed <A NAME=></A> to be usable by Manual.htm?partname
 + authentication: fixed not to reuse server after RIDENT is se nt for HTTP-KeepAlive(server), FTPCC, NNTPCC
 + VSAP: fixed don't do automatic "erestart" when accepting via VSAP (8.0.10)
 + porting: ceased using inet_addr()
 + CFI: fixed to apply FxSV CFI-script for HTTPS
 + shutter: fixed not to use 127.0.0.127 for ADMDIR/shutout with FCL
