I'm trying to compile Delegate8.5.5 under HPUX 11, with gcc 2.95.3

when it comes to compile rary/String.c all I get is the following error:

Can you help me in any of the following questions I have ?

1. Which version of gcc do I need (compatibility issues) ?
2. Is there another thing I'm missing ?
