 + HTTP: fixed to put vhost in "Host:" into customized message
 + CGI: fixed SERVER_PORT for multiple-entrance (-Pp1,p2,...)
 + FTP: fixed the message on disconnection from server during data transfer
 + SOCKS: fixed to use SOCKS for unknown host with SOCKS=serv (6.0.2)
