| TCP 172.16.15.1:433 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING

|On the second server with Window 2003 (delegate doesn't work) I received
|------------------------------------------------------------------
| Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
| TCP 0.0.0.0:443 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING

|So I don't see difference between 2 outputs.
|I don't see the process that uses 443 port of my IP.
|May be problem is in some Windows 2003 security restictions ?
|May be you have any other ideas ?
As long as I know, by default, WinSock has allowed to use a same port
at the same. Possibly Win2003 might have changed the default... You
might able to change it with the following option of DeleGate.
SOCKOPT=reuse
