 + HostList: added "-h/ident@chost" to match only with client-host
 + HostList: added "-c/person@domain" to match only with Email in certicate
 + HostList: added "-a/auser@ahost" to match only with authenticated info.
 + MOUNT: introduced "auth=authuser@authhost" MountOption
 + HTTP: enabled AUTHORIZER=ah + auth=au@ah MountOption for HTTP
 + general: introduced BASEURL="http://-vhost" to ignore Host:vhost

 + Resolvy: changed to return RCODE=REFUSED (not UNKNOWN) as origin DNS
 + auth: moved auth-cache CACHEDIR/delegate to ADMDIR/authorizer

 + general: fixed -r option not to wait nonexistent predecessor
 + Resolvy: fixed to sort MX record by priority
 + FTP: fixed validating FTP cached data w/o reloading (6.0.0)
 + FTP: fixed reading cache of MOUNTed origin server
 + HTTP: fixed duplicate delay on Unknown page (8.5.1)
 + HTTP: fixed to use Host: for absolute URL in error message
 + HTTP: fixed to put vhost in "Host:" into customized message
 + Win32: fixed to kill children on Win32 service stop (parallel DNS process)
 + Win32: fixed to finalize DeleGate-service on SHUTDOWN
 + Win32: fixed to set appropriate errno on bind() error on Win32
 + SockMux: fixed restarting client on reboot at server on Win32 (NOOP)
 + SockMux: fixed stalling on SIGPIPE (on startup, with FSV filter)
 + SMTPGATE: fixed error reason at the bottom of rejected article
 + subin: coped with installaion on MacOSX (sudo before su)
