 + general: enabled DGOPTS="-r" (as an environment variable too)
 + general: enabled setting WINSERV={auto|demand} as environment variable

[CHANGE]
 + general: increased the stack usage limit to 1MB (at least)
 + PAM: renamed tentative PAM/HTTP protocol name from "pam" to "httpam"

[FIX]
 + general: fixed restarting service on Win32 by "-r"
 + general: fixed not to inherit (copy_param) DGOPTS (-r) to Win32 service
 + general: fixed automatic restart on layer-2 reset ("ON RESUME") / Win32
 + general: fixed logging FuncFILTER onto console on Win32
 + HTTP: reduced stack usage to avoid SEGV on size limit (512K/MacOSX dflt.)
