An example to relay NNTP protocol by DeleGate via a HTTP proxy
(running at pxhost:port) is as follows:

  dgX_X_X.exe -v -P119 SERVER=nntp://server SSLTUNNEL=pxhost:port ADMIN=you

The interface is just a tentative and obsolete and I've never explained
nor recommended it to be used.
