 |be provided with MYAUTH parameter. I gave the following command to DeleGate
 |dgX_X_X.exe -v -P119 SERVER=nntp://server SSLTUNNEL=pxhost:port
 |MYAUTH=userid:pwd ADMIN=you . The following trace appeared on the DeleGate
 |console --
 |10/01 09:08:33.63 [271] 1+0: MYAUTH=mukulg:**** for http-proxy::0
 |10/01 09:08:33.63 [271] 1+0: SSL-TUNNEL<< news.server:119
 |10/01 09:08:34.28 [271] 1+0: SSL-TUNNEL>> HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden^M

If you saw an error "HTTP/1.0 407 ..." when you did it without MYAUTH,
then the proxy-server seems to be configured to forbid illegal access
to non HTTPS server like NNTP server.

 |It seems to indicate that SSL-TUNNELING is not enabled on our HTTP proxy
 |Can you think of any other way using DeleGate, to connect to a NNTP server
 |through a HTTP proxy..? I'll appreciate your response..

The person with whom you should cosult is the administrator of your
HTTP proxy-server.
