[DeleGate-En] Delegate reverse proxy for multiple webservers
18 Dec 2003 05:02:21 GMT "Jonathan Horne" <pzqeqbdyi-mxhgu45tvp3w.ml@delegate.org>

i think im doing it wrong, here is the command im using to start my
process:

./delegated -v -P8080 ADMIN=my@email.. \
PERMIT=*:*:*  \
SERVER=http \
MOUNT="/sub.domain1 http://sub.domain1.com" \
MOUNT="/sub.domain2 http://sub.domain2.com" \
MOUNT="/sub.domain3 http://sub.domain3.com" \
MOUNT="/sub.domain4 http://sub.domain4.com" \
MOUNT="/sub.domain5 http://sub.domain5.com" \
MOUNT="/sub.domain6 http://sub.domain6.com"

i think whats happening is that my mounts are just getting redirected, and
not proxied? subs 1-4 work from my delegate server, and 5-6 do not. 1-4
already have port 80 forwarded to them (soon to be removed, thus my
delegate test), but 5 and 6 are new and they do not yet (and wont) have
web forwarded to them thru the firewall. i dont need any restriction or
security on the delegate service, all the target servers are all LDAPed
and authenticate on their ends.

other info about my setup, i have port 80 running apache, with a little
webpage that has some links that pointed to
http://server:8080/sub.domain1, exactly as the mount point is listed.

if someone could help me straighen out my problem, i would really really
appreciate it!

thanks in advance,
