 + LIBPATH: changed LIBPATH to include ETCDIR (to search .cfi)
 + HTTP: allow '_' as a valid char. for HTTPCONF=methods:*
 + Credhy: faster key calculation by cached power products

[FIX]
 + general: fixed -Ph1:pN,h2:pN (8.5.4)
 + CHROOT: fixed restart by execvp (on SIGHUP, etc.) after CHROOT
 + FTP: fixed FTP/HTTP to cope with server which does not ask PASS
 + HTTP: fixed not to try resolve "Cant-GetPeerName"
 + HTTP: fixed URLget for +=http://... and MOUNT="/-/builtin" (8.7.7)
 + SockMux: fixed not to do SEND data of a connection in CLOSE/CLOSED status
 + porting: fixed truncate(off_t) for MacOSX
