If you are using DeleGate as a Telnet-proxy for arbitrary Telnet server, that is with running DeleGate with SERVER="telnet" without specifying a target server, you can do access control with AUTHORI

At least following parameters will be effective to reduce overheads. MAXIMA=standby:1000 ... increase max# requests relayable in a process -vs ... suppress logging to file RELIABLE="*" ... simplify
