 + HTTP-MOUNT: added BACKGROUND/TABLE,TR,TD to the set of tags to be MOUNTed
[CHANGE]
 + IMAP: added IMAPrv1 to CAPABILITY
 + HTTP: stopped wordscan VStr err.msg on long Accept-Encoding
[FIX]
 + HTTP: fixed SEGV on "badServer" for cached data (since 6.1.9)
 + general: fixed SEGV on stdout.log creation failure (since 8.9.3)
 + Win32: retrial by WSADuplicateSocket on "FATAL: inherited.. not socket"
 + Win32: enabled connection timeout (TIMEOUT=con:N) on Win32
