You see the message for 30 minutes after some kind of fatal error occurred.

details. If it is caused by the NNTP-DeleGate, then the LOGFILE named
"130" should contain a line "####! EMERGENCY STOP !####". If so, the
logfile, by DeleGate invoked with "-vd" option, will be helpful to study
what is the problem.
