[DeleGate-En] Some NNTP bug(?), or ?

Hi All,

I found the following:
my delegated has to 'proxy' 4 nntp servers to our users. Everything works
fine, but after a certain time, we get "News server responded: LIST not available
temporarily" messages in our newsreaders (ns collabra). When I try to telnet
on to the affected delegate port, the greating string was something like this:
"cache only NNTP server...". This is not Delegate's normal greeting, I think.
Ok, I try to delete the cache, because it was very large (nntp caches are always
large:)). It still doesn't work.
As a final attempt, I do 'killall -HUP delegated', thus I restarted delegate. And things
started to work again!!!!

I don't know if it is a bug, or it is normal behaviour of delegate.....
But if it's normal, I think there should be something directive when to restart
delegate!

When comes next delegate?

bye,
SOLI
