I have a POP server on IP address 10.1.123.11 with a Delegate NT service
using this command line:
 
"C:\Program Files\DeleGate\Delegate"   <mailto:ADMIN=x@y.com> ADMIN=x@y..
PERMIT="*" SRCIF="10.1.123.11:*:*" -P10.1.123.11:8080 SERVER=http
MOUNT="/mail/* pop://mypopserver/*" CACHE=no

Using a web browser I can connect via HTTP to this POP server using APOP.
 
My question is how do I change the POP email messages request updates. I
assume it is 10 mins because the front web page shows this:
 
Generated:07/09 21:26:48 (0 sec) Expires:07/09 21:36:48 
 
Always 10 minutes between generated and expired.
