Delegate Ftp proxy in cascade configuration

Example: cascaded FTP-Proxy

       firewall# delegated -P21 SERVER=ftp PERMIT="ftp:*:internal"
       internal# delegated -P21 SERVER=ftp PROXY=firewall:21

Besides, I want to support connections to every FTPSSL server on 
internet from internal ftp clients. I mean to support all type of ftp 
connection: simple and secure.

Obviously with delegate v9.x.
