Generally forwarding "User@Host" to "pop://servername" can be represented as this: delegated -P110 SERVER=pop MOUNT="//*%S/%S pop://servername/*%(1)@%(0)" It might not be so peculiar if you know that in POP-DeleGate, "User@Host" is translated to "//Host/User" internally before being applied a MOUNT.
