Version 9.1.0-pre2 and the latest sslway dlls run on WinXP SP2.  DeleGate started with

  delegated -P80 PROXY=upstream:port CACHE=no MAXIMA=standby:0

I found that DeleGate cannot accept https proxy.  The log files did not show any
https record.  It use to work on Win2000 and version 9.0.4.  Possibly it is an XP
problem because even version 9.0.4 won't do it on XP.
