Hello,

Thank you for your work on DeleGate. I am trying to install 9.1.1 on CentOS 
4.3 x86. I see things like:

        [SET] RANLIB=/usr/bin/ranlib
        - checking availability of -lnsl []
        cpyfile: cannot read 'DELEGATE_CONF'

Is that bad? Should I be worried about "cannot read 'DELEGATE_CONF'"? I 
tried searching the forums and via Google but did not find an answer yet.
