It seems the usage of DYLIB in conjuction of a configuration file does not working properly.

if i try using DYLIB parameter in command line it works, but not if i put this in a configuration file.

For example

$ ./delegated DYLIB='+,libssl.so.0.9.7a' ....
it works

but if i put that in a config file and start with

$ ./delegated +=/home/delegate/delegate.cfg

it seems that it doesnt parse the DYLIB parameter, can you check if it is true?
