Ooops... I should have written so in Manual.htm.  DYLIB is one of
parameters (like DGROOT and CHROOT) which cannot be given in +=parameters. 
You need to specify it in command line arguments or you can "implant"
it once in the executable file of your delegated as follows:

  delegated -Fimp DYLIB='+,libssl.so.0.9.7a'
