Yutaka, I am not aware of any minibsd images for vmware, but I haven't really looked very hard for them either. I am using a FreeBSD install on vmware workstation to produce image files that can be copied via "dd" to a compact flash or USB flash disk. I should have a good image later this week. I'll try to create a new vm, boot it from the flash drive and then dd back to a partitioned and labeled virtual disk. If that works I'll put the vmware image up on my ftp server for you. Or, if you have a flash drive I can generate a disk image for that and you could boot right from that. I just need to know how many sectors are on your flash disk. The minibsd image is around 8 MB. ...jgm -----Original Message----- From: Yutaka Sato [mailto:pficabdyi-mxhgu44xj33w.ml@delegate.org] Sent: Monday, June 18, 2007 2:44 AM To: pficabdyi-mxhgu44xj33w.ml@delegate.org Cc: Joe Moore Subject: Re: [DeleGate-En:3759] minimum neccessary libs Hi, In message <_A3759@delegate-en.ML_> on 06/16/07(08:24:59) I wrote: |In message <_A3758@delegate-en.ML_> on 06/16/07(05:52:01) |you "Joe Moore" <pvyhabdyi-mxhgu44xj33w.ml@delegate.org> wrote: | |I have successfully built and run delegated on FreeBSD 6.2-stable. By the way, could you tell me the easiest way to run minibsd on a virtual machine server? I have VirtualPC, Parallels Desktop and VMWare thus if there is an ISO image of a minibsd it'll so easy to test it for me.
