Dear DeleGate users, I inform you of the new release of DeleGate available as follows: -------------------------------------------------------------------------- DeleGate/9.8.1 (BETA) -- fixes for Windows - Fixed accessing to local directory as an origin server on Windows since DeleGate/9.2.2-pre3, DeleGate on Windows could fail access or MOUNT to local directory because of stati64 for a directory named with trailing "/" like stati64("directory/") fails. (in 9.2.2, DeleGate switched from stat() to stati64() to cope with huge files larger than 4GB) This fix will also be applied to the next stable version (9.7.8) - Fixed MOUNT whith CHROOT=/ as an origin FTP server CHROOT=/ causes DGROOT=/ thus a relative path based on DGROOT like MOUNT="/* file:*" did generate an absolute path like "//xxx/path" which is interpreted by DeleGate as a FTP proxy as a remote path to a server "xxx". The following fixes are inherited from the stable version (9.7.7): - Revival of IPv6 on Windows IPv6 capability of the binary distribution for Windows has been disabled since DeleGate/9.2.2 - Introduced SMTPCONF="MX:server:domain" configuration parameter - Enabled "onerror=xxx" MountOption for a origin-HTTP server - Coped with compilation with gcc -g3 option -------------------------------------------------------------------------- SITE: <URL:ftp://ftp.delegate.org/pub/DeleGate/alpha/> FILE: delegate9.8.1.tar.{gz,bz2} DATE: Nov 16 13:40 JST 2007 SRCSIGN=9.8.1:20071116133944+0900:15d6dc1a45e4b7fa TAR-SIZE: 6604800 bytes TAR-MD5: c1e78d58069fb3e07ea4ad016b8b9c13 PUBLIC-KEY: http://www.delegate.org/rsa-pubkey.pem TAR-MD5-SIGN: w9s9C3zZGniL4ca1llTbr1wAw6sGWDXNA83kLUXKEnJd0oe96GLVRfBG1AtvKTR9y27efW2V 9DdJxr2NpWaqfDusUZdfevTP7mfE4QZpZ7SBa6bo5jfId0t024iqzK8z0I6BYKwz1YqMU1sT g+xrUbDVKiy2dMzKgRS1qnLKWME= Cheers, Yutaka -- 9 9 Yutaka Sato <pfqcabdyi-jmfhzl3vypvw.ml@delegate.org> http://delegate.org/y.sato/ ( ~ ) National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology _< >_ 1-1-4 Umezono, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, 305-8568 Japan Do the more with the less -- B.
