  I have written a bi-directional filter using some of the code in the bdtee program distributed with Delegate.
    
  My command is : ./delegated –P8881 –v –r SERVER=http FSV=program
    
  It works for text/html but pictures do not get handled correctly. 
  The pictures do not appear in the client. I don’t want the program to handle
  content types other than html so I tried using CFI script but CFI script appears
  only to work with FxxSV or FxxCL filters, not FSV or FCL. Is this true or 
  would my simple script be  wrong?
