The FTP server that I am using is from Oracle Content Services 10.1.2.
It is a content management application that provides access via FTP,
WebDAV, and HTTP protocol.

The specification of the FTP protocol does not specify the format
of the message text of 150 status response thus any string including
empty one is right.  Thus I added the SIZE command for confirmation
but SIZE is not included in the original FTP protocol.

The implementation of FTP/HTTPgateway of DeleGate has been used for
15 years but this is the first time for me to hear such format of 150
response, so I'm curious about what your FTP server is.

Anyway I coped with such format and uploaded DeleGate/9.8.2-pre36.
