Thank you, I confirmed that MIME-Filter in a CFI script is not activated
when the filter parameter is specifiewd by CMAP.  Also I found that a
DeleGate process for POP does not terminate when it is invoked with FTOCL.
I uploaded 9.8.6-pre10 including fixes for these problems.
