Dear DeleGate users,

I inform you of the new release of DeleGate available as follows:

DeleGate/9.9.1 (STABLE) -- new stable version

This release includes many minor fixes to make DeleGate ver.9 stabler
and extensions for several specific usage or experiment.

NEW
- multi-lingual character code conversion for mail relayed by DeleGate
  (with SERVER=smtp, SERVER=pop, -FenMime, -FdeMime) and data gathered
  by DeleGate for search-engine FreyaSX (with -Fany2fdif).
  This mlitilingualization is realized utilizing the "m17n library"
  <URL:http://www.m17n.org>
  For example, add M17N="on" and CHARCODE="utf-8" options to convert
  local character codes to UTF-8.  Local codes can  be iso-8859-1,
  koi8-r, big5, euc-kr, cpXXXX, and so on.  Also it supports converting
  from UTF-8 to these local code, or local to local code (if possible).

  www.m17n.org.

- enabled "transparent proxy" with ipfw on BSD (FreeBSD and MacOSX)
  use a pseudo host name "odst.-" representing the original destination
  (as SERVER="http://odst.-:-").

- extended controlling socket options

  - setting the socket buffer size as SOCKOPT="buffsize:1024"
  - enable HTTP graceful shutdown as SOCKOPT="shutdown:g"

- extended HTTP keep-alive even after the POST method
  specify HTTPCONF="bugs:do-keepalive-post" option.

- extended FTP MOUNT with "logindir" option
  allowing non-anonymous users to access the root directory while
  starting at the login directory of each user. Example:
    MOUNT="/* ftp://server/%2F* logindir"
    MOUNT="/* sftp://server/%2F* logindir"

MOD
- don't reject connections to self by default
 (in case as SERVER=https -P8443 AUTHORIZER=-pam ...)

FIX
- fixed restart failure with "-r" on Unix (waiting the previous process)
- fixed invocation delay on Win32 (//path.dll retrieval)(9.0.1)
- fixed no to freeze on Win32 trying reading device as readlink("con")
- coped with running on Win95/98/Me again (9.2.5)
- coped with compilation on HP-UX
- fixed SEGV on HP-UX with Itanium
- fixed SEGV with -Etw for -T.time-period in PERMIT (9.8.5)

- fixed HTTP to allow "?" in MOUNT as MOUNT="/* http://sv/path?*" (9.8.2)
- fixed HTTP dealy for request with Content-Length:0 (7.9.8)
- fixed HTTP swift exit non-NL-ended text-relay on disconn. from client
- fixed HTTP /robots.txt generation to see the "nvhost" MOUNT option
- fixed HTTP /robots.txt concatination without ending new-line char.
- fixed HTTP MOUNT for Flash (through .SWF before version 5)
- fixed HTTP NTHT (Win. NTLM auth. over HTTP) to work for HTTP-Proxy
- fixed HTTP NTHT auth. to work for CONNECT (in MITM or chained proxy)
- fixed CGI-DeleGate (-Fcgi)(9.8.2)

- fixed FreyaSX not to go background with -Fany2fdif -b (9.4.3)
- fixed FTP MOUNT to cope with initiation with "LIST -option" (MacOSX)
- fixed FTP data connection with RIDENT (9.9.0)
- fixed SMTPGATE to find a forbidden word sprit into two lines in QP
- fixed CHARCODE/MIME to put Content-Transfer-Encoding:8bits if it is
- fixed LDAP to see the timeout specified by TIMEOUT=io:T
