 + HTTP: made valid-HTTP-methods customizable (by HTTPCONF=methods:methodList)
 + HTTP: introduced immediate rejection of invalid/forbidden method request
 + CFI: introduced CFI program (Filter:xxx or CGI:yyy.cgi) search in LIBPATH
 + cache: introduced CACHE="do" for automatic creation of CACHEDIR at start

[CHANGE]
 + HTTP: disabled old style DeleGate original proxying by "=@="
 + NNTP: disabled XOVER emulation ("emulate=xover" MountOpt. if necesssary)

[FIX]
 + security: fixed some of possible buffer overflows
 + porting: revival of HTTP proxy on OS/2 (since 5.9.4)
 + HTTP: fixed SEGV on long (maybe non-) scheme in URL
 + HTTP: fixed SEGV on large chunk from server (6.0.0)
 + HTTP: fixed Forbidden for POST method in keep-alive (6.0.0)
 + HTTP: fixed not to pass chunked data to CFI filter program
