 + general: fixed freezing with -T,-S (since 6.0.4)
 + HTTP: fixed SEGV on keep-alive with server (mainly on Linux) (6.0.6)
 + HTTP: fixed to send full-URL to keep-aliving upstream PROXY (6.0.0)
 + HTTP: removed possible buffer overflows by sscanf
 + HTTP: fixed keep-alive with PROXY which returns Proxy-Connection (Squid)
 + CFI: fixed duplicate insertion of FTOSV for proxy/ICP serv.
