 + general: added protocol names: ftps,telnets,pop3s,nntps,ldaps
 + -Ffunc: introduced -Fconnect host "port/256,port%256" to ease PASV/FTP test
 + -Ffunc: enabled -Fmd5

[CHANGE]
 + HTTP: return "302 MovedTo /path/of/file" for /path/of/file/
 + -Ffunc: changed -Ffunc to be case-insensitive

[FIX]
 + HTTP: fixed duplicated PROTOLOG for internal data (since 6.1.3)
 + MimeKit: fixed to make MimeKit usable stand-alone
 + CFI: made [LIBPATH=.]/path be absolute to be valid after chdir()
