 + HTTP: introduced bad(non-HTTP)server detection
 + HTTP: introduced bad request header filtering
 + HTTP: introduced HTTPCONF=badhead:rej option(which was default)
 + NNTP/HTTP: introduced "$N" as the Nth article from the latest
 + NNTP/HTTP: added appropriate Last-Modified in NNTP/HTTP
 + general: come to recognize +=URL after ':' in a parameter value

[CHANGE]
 + HTTP: added header normalization of spaces before CRLF
 + HTTP: recognize HTTP/1.X req. ended with not CRLF but single LF

[FIX]
 + HTTP: fixed jamming response in parallel reloading
 + HTTP: fixed to apply CHARCODE conversion to SHTML
 + Socks: fixed timeout in ACCEPT as a Socks server
 + general: fixed using multiple ports as a service on WinNT
 + MimeKit: fixed linkage time error
