Hi,

I detected a bug in delegate 6.1.14:
An URL in the form
  protocol://user@domain:pass@server:port/path
gets parsed this way:
  protocol://user@domain:pass/path

It is common practice that a username *can* contain an "@" char,
therefore this should be fixed.
